P.S. Belated idea: maybe it would be better to forget the new collection and just add all those packages to c-latexrecommended. Although they are useless for people not using xe/luatex, the total size is small, and I don't see it getting much bigger. Also, it seems to be the 53rd item in the C install-tl menu :(. -k
