TeX Live does not contain installation images of Windows, Mac and other
operating systems, does not contain documentation of these systems, does
not even contain instructions how to obtain them, install them or run them,
hence there is no support for these systems, I am pretty sure. TL only
supports free programs so that they work on several operating systems
including the non-free ones.
