[tex-live] Biber/BibLaTeX mismatch warning

That's a temporary situation due to the fact that the Biber author 
released a new version of Biber before the corresponding update of 
BibLaTeX reached CTAN.  I just checked that BibLaTeX-3.1 is now on CTAN, 
so I'm sure Karl will pull that into TL soon.
