[tex-live] Default installation violates filesystem hierarchy standards

However, it says that writing to /usr/local is allowed. In Linux, /usr/bin,
/usr/lib etc are meant for programs from the OS distribution, TL is not
installed directly in /usr (unless you instruct it to do so) and the
symlink goes to /usr/local/bin, not to /usr/bin
