[tex-live] Tex-live 2015: installation issue with specifying letter paper

Not sure, but I somewhat suspect that the two messages are related.
There was a bug in the tlmgr error code return for the "paper" action,
and the "Resource temporarily unavailable" may just be the string
corresponding to the erroneous code.

If you run tlmgr update --self (to get the latest tlmgr), I hope the
problem will go away.

Otherwise, please send the output of running tlmgr --version.

    I don't know if this is actually a problem or not.  Can anyone
    please advise?

Given the output you sent, of everything having been correctly set to
letter size, I don't think there is any "real" problem.
