Hi everyone,

since I got a lot of emails lately regarding the dvisvgm website which 
is currently down due to severe hardware issues at SourceForge, I 
decided to relocate the website to a different hoster. So, if you're 
looking for information on dvisvgm or the latest binaries for Windows
