[tex-live] Error during

Hi,

on a Windows 7 (in a Virtual Box), where I used to install successfully
TL 2013 many times, I experienced an error during TL 2014 install (with
default settings): first attempt stopped during `minitoc' package
install and later ones during `alegreya' install, with following
messages:

  1. in the MSDOS prompt, I got:

  │ Installing [0059/2836, time/total: 00:20/22:29]: alegreya [7761k]
  │ untar: untarring C:\texlive\2014\temp\alegreya.tar failed (in C:\texlive\2014\te
  │ xmf-dist)
  │ untarring C:\texlive\2014\temp\alegreya.tar failed, stopping install.
  │ Installation failed.
  │ Rerunning the installer will try to restart the installation.
  │ Or you can restart by running the installer with:
  │   install-tl.bat --profile installation.profile [EXTRA-ARGS]
  ╰────

  (BTW, the message above is wrong: `install-tl.bat' should be
  `install-tl-windows.bat'.) 

  2. a dialog box said "Perl has stopped working".

Maybe it is just a coincidence, but install fails during install of
quite packages.

More about the context:

1. this Windows VB doesn't have any anti-virus,
2. TL 2014 was obtained from its .iso file (md5sum checked),
3. the .iso file was mounted thanks to WinCDEmu.
