[tex-live] TeXLive installs 2013 not 2014?

There were unrelated network complications at CTAN just as I updated the
files on tug.org.  Hence I had delayed the announcement.

I just checked ftp.dante.de and ftp.tex.ac.uk and they both held the
TL'14 files, but not MacTeX yet.  I hope everything will make it around
to the active mirrors within another day or two (can check mirrors at
http://dante.ctan.org/mirmon).

I'll finish updating the web pages and send an announcement to texhax
shortly.
