[tex-live] Possible bugs in TeX-live 2013

Hi there,

I have those 2 problems with

pdfTeX 3.1415926-2.5-1.40.14 (TeX Live 2013/Debian) kpathsea version 6.1.1
Copyright 2013 Peter Breitenlohner (eTeX)/Han The Thanh (pdfTeX):

(1) Option clash for package babel. \usepackage (followed by: [T1]{fontenc})
(...)Texlipse Build Error

(2)Undefined control sequence: \ProcessKeyvalOptions{Hyp} (followed by: )
(Occurance:
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/hyperref/hyperref.sty)(...)Texlipse
Build Error

The fixing seems not to be known in the www.

Do you have any idea to fix that?
