[tex-live] tlmgr leaves texlive.tlpdb.SOMETHING

Hi,
this has bothered me for years and is still happening with TL2014:
tlmgr sometimes (too often) leaves temporary copies of
tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb around:

> l tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb*
-rw-r--r-- 1 ms users 8005610  1. Jul 17:29 tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb
-rw-r--r-- 1 ms users 9373410  1. Jul 17:32
tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.e6d389cc61b7ce82599679dc36fe01db

This was after an upgrade (which had some network problems), but it
has happened before during normal operation.
