[tex-live] texmf-dist -> texmf for TL'13

    My preference is "texmf-dist":

Glad to hear it (ditto Werner's +1).  It's decided.

    * It is already in use for the main distribution stuff for
      many, many years (decades).

Just for the record, that is not so.  texmf-dist came into existence in
2004, at the same time as texmf-doc, as part of Fabrice's fptex effort.
Before that there was only one main texmf tree (named texmf).
