[tex-live] Some problem about the searching path of TexLive

You have two latex installations
presumable you did not set TL2013 up correctly
TL2013 places its files in
/usr/local/texlive/2013/
your search also mentions
/usr/share/texlive/
which seems to be the place where Ubuntu places its version of TeX Live.
Thus you get an errors as the Ubuntu version only installs a small TL (that might be quite old)
So my question is:
how did you tell your system where the new TeX Live 2013 is?

Subject: [tex-live] Some problem about the searching path of TexLive
I'm currently learning LaTeX and using Tex Live for this purpose.
The problem I've encountered is: when I tried to use class or packages such as scrartcl and datetime, it said these files(scrartcl.cls and datetime.sty) couldn't be found. I have used 'sudo tlmgr search' command to sucessfully locate these files so it might be something wrong with Tex Live.
I have also observed that when I use 'article' class, there wasn't any error. But the searching path turned out to be '/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/article.cls'. And both files mentioned above are located in '/usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/tex/latex'. So I think may be the searching path is wrong and I wonder how can I solve the problem.
Thanks!
