[tex-live] pdftex failed

Dear Sir. Khaled Hosny/ Zdenek Wagner

 Following your suggestion as below:

*run fmtutil --byengine pdftex*

I succeeded in updating the pdftex to the latest version  30051(1.40.11).
It runs fast than the old one 30030.

fmtutil-sys wouldn't help here since the offending format is created
under his user profile (which has the higher priority).

Either remove
c:/Users/tom/.texlive2013/texmf-var/web2c/pdftex/pdflatex.fmt
(probably the whole directory), or run fmtutil --byengine pdftex.
