[tex-live] updated man pages

Hi,

could you please update the manual pages of the command-line utilities
provided by the TeX Live distribution? Some of them are pretty old and
out of sync with the corresponding utilities. For example, the man page
of dvisvgm is for version 1.0.11 while the recent binary is dvisvgm 1.2.

Would it be possible to automatically update the related man page(s)
every time you import a new release of a utility into the TeX Live repo?
