As Reinhard says, it's not a security problem, but it does seem to point
to a bug in my script that checks for stray x bits incoming from CTAN
(not an infrequent occurrence).  Another file in roundbox was also
problematic, which I had previously fixed.  I'll check into why my
script didn't find the README.
