[tex-live] mp-tool.mp missing

Hi,

when trying to run some .mp file from a few years ago through mptopdf,
it can't find mp-tool.mp anymore. Instead there are now mp-tool.mpii and
mp-tool.mpiv in TeX Live, and it works when i change the .mp source to
"input mp-tool.mpii;" But for backward compatibility shouldn't there be
a copy (or link) of mp-tool.mpii to mp-tool.mp in TeX Live?
