[tex-live] TeXLive unter Ubuntu 12.04: path problem

Hallo,
I installed Texlive 2012 using sudo ./install-tl. I did change the
installation path during the installation and everything worked fine. 

I added the path and can see the path in the Path variable:

PATH=/usr/lib/lightdm/lightdm:/usr/local/share/texlive/2012/bin/x86_64-linux:
/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games

I am also able to run pdflatex from Kile having installed texlive-dummy.


My problem is that even with the path showing the
texlive/2012/bin/x86_64-linux directory, I cannot run "sudo tlmgr gui".

The only way to run tlmgr is changing to the bin dir and execute
"sudo ./tlmgr gui".

which tlmgr shows the proper file:
$ which tlmgr
/usr/local/share/texlive/2012/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr

What is going wrong here?
