[tex-live] file names in pmx documents

Dear the author of pmx,

Because of the following files, fatal error occurs in checkout
on platforms with monocase file system:

Master/texmf-dist/doc/generic/pmx/pmxccn/eps/Haydn.eps
Master/texmf-dist/doc/generic/pmx/pmxccn/eps/haydn.eps
Master/texmf-dist/doc/generic/pmx/pmxccn/eps/MIDI.eps
Master/texmf-dist/doc/generic/pmx/pmxccn/eps/midi.eps
