[tex-live] readme.cs displays worng

Hello,
First of all many thanks fof \TeX Live package!

Secondly after install I clicked at
c:\texlive\2011\readme-html.dir\readme.cs.html and I seen wrong font
(in both firefox and IE).

I could have manually switch to "View->Char. Encod.->UTF8" then it was right.

But I just quickly browsed around and when I changed in file:

<html lang="utf-8"><head>
<title>TeX Live</title></head><body>

to:

<html lang="utf-8"><head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<title>TeX Live</title></head><body>

Then it works automatically for both IE and FireFox.

Please consider to fix the file.
