Is there any way that kpathsea does *not* ignore FONTCONFIG_FILE,
FONTCONFIG_PATH, and FC_CACHEDIR? With this it could be an option
to use a differenet fontconfig setup for Xe(La)TeX/xdvipdfmx
in comparision to the normal setup.
