[tex-live] Issue with the latest biber version solved by clearing the cache

     Oops, I was too optimistic. There seems to be another bug. LaTeX 
outputs now the following error:
ERROR: Undefined control sequence.
     \bibnamedelima
     Adding
\newcommand{\bibnamedelima}{~}
     seems to solve this issue...
