[tex-live] Texlive fails to start on windows from Dante TL 2010 DVD

If I start the TexCollection.exe from the Dante TL 2010 DVD and select 
'Start TeXlive installer...' then a console open and closes immediately 
with an error,
which is printed on the console as 'Syntaxfehler'. I assume that it 
comes from perl.

Starting everything with admin right does not change anything.
I tested on win7 32 and 64 bit (two different computers) both with the 
same result.

If I copy the tl sources from dvd to hard disk and start the tl 
installer manually everything works.
Also If I use the original tl dvd everything works from dvd.

Hope you can use thin information somehow.
