[tex-live] problems with spaces under windows

Edit
(then select the user, select "replace owner on subcontainers and
objects", click apply)

It worked on parent directory when changing permissions
non-recursively, but it fails with recursive call with:

Error Applying Security

An error occurred while applying security information to:
C:\Program Files\TeX Live\2011\texmf\web2c
Access is denied.
