But if you don't have that package, you shouldn't get any request
about dehypht-x-2009-06-19.tex unless you were using
    /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat
instead of
    /usr/local/texlive/2011/texmf-var/tex/generic/config/language.dat
