I wouldn't use nor recommand the Adobe Arabic fonts (AdobeArabic-Regular.otf
etc.) of the "Adobe Reader Extended Language Support Font Pack" with
arabxetex, see
http://tug.org/pipermail/xetex/2008-June/009981.html
The Adobe Reader Himself has obviously problems to display them right.

But that's another topic.
