[tex-live] Error message with new TeXLive 2011 installation

I am sorry I did not preserve the log file. The error occurred when the 
formats were being built as part of the first network-based update after 
an installation from DVD.

The problem has disappeared now.

Here is what I did.

I switched to another mirror and the reported error message disappeared 
with the update.

I tried to equilibrate my setup with a third mirror and had one package 
forcibly removed.

I have now restored that package and settled on the second mirror as 
default, to avoid problems with different mirrors being out of phase.

I have now successfully built all formats and updated packages without 
incident.
