[tex-live] installing tex-live

hello,

i have been trying to install TeX Live a lot of times and also on two
different computers and have always been getting the same error message.

>
i did the following:

i clicked on

https://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-netinstall.html

and then

install-tl.zip <http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/install-tl.zip>


then i unzipped the folder install-tl

then i double clicked on install-tl.bat and in the prompt that appeared i
clicked run.

i went through the insatllation guide that prompted leaving the presettings
as they were.

i always got the following result:
