Umpf ... did you move *ALL* files, esp tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb?
Did you *DO* start a new installation into the same dir? Then it might
be broken.

Where did you install to?

how does
	TEXROOT/2010/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb
look like? (TEXROOT is probably /usr/local/texlive).

Hardly, it seems that you messed up the database ...
