It should be fixed, and would be if I wasn't stupid enough to switch the two
branches of an "if" in the update script. I fixed the script for real (fingers
crossed) so that there won't be any leakage from tlpretest to tlnet again.

I rebuild the updater to the version of 2010-05-12, uploaded and installed it in
tlnet. So, everything I stated 5 days ago should apply now :-)
