[tex-live] oberdiek package update failure

It works for me (in Canada) on a 10.5.8 Apple imac (but our network is working
today -- at times this download would take a day):

$ tlmgr --repository
http://ctan.math.utah.edu/ctan/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet
install oberdiek
tlmgr: package repository
http://ctan.math.utah.edu/ctan/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet
[1/1, ??:??/??:??] install: oberdiek [20748k]
