You can install MSYS

  http://www.mingw.org

which provides a Unix-like environment under Windows.  It's not as
Unix-like as Cygwin, but it provides grep and many other Unix tools,
at least.

I also found:

  http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/grep.htm

I don't have Windows and thus can't test it myself.  But what they say
on their web page sounds quite reasonable.
