[tex-live] xelatex crashes with this document

There are many undefined control sequences, however the
crash does not occur for XeTeX 0.9995.3 (without protrusion support).
Therefore it seems that a bug was introduced in the new
XeTeX 0.9997.2 (with protrusion support).
