[tex-live] tlpretest full rebuild coming

I found that almost all files in the pretest repo now date 2010-06-09.
Assuming that this was the announced full rebuild I did a reinstall. I
checked some revision numbers (tlmgr show *packagename*) and they are
still in the range around 18000. So is the scenario you described still
to come?
