Do you want TeX Live, or do you want only Emacs+AucTeX?

For TeX Live iso see
	http://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-iso.html
there are torrents.

For Emacs/Auctex: Get the package from the iso, or the net from websvn.
Or from any of the usual download sites shipping emacs/auctex.
