[tex-live] PDF 1.5 by default in TL 2010

In the cases of XeTeX or latex --> dvi --> dvipdfmx --> pdf,
set
V 5
in the file texmf/dvipdfmx/dvipdfmx.cfg.
The difference will be remarkable.

In the case of pdftex or pdflatex, write in the source
\pdfminorversion=5
\pdfcompresslevel=9
\pdfobjcompresslevel=3

The difference will not be so great.
