unicode-math.sty line 29:

	\RequirePackage{fontspec}[2010/05/18]

fontspec.sty line 22:

	\input binhex.tex  % before expl syntax!

So, strictly speaking, unicode-math should have a dependency on fontspec,
and fontspec should depend on kastrup.

(I was bitten by this too.)
