    so, is it possible to offer a date, yet, when tl2010 is going to be
    available to mirror?  

No.

    if not, is it possible even to guess which month
    it is likely to happen?

If we're lucky it will be (late) August, but September would not be a
surprise.

So, thanks for checking, but do you whatever you need/want to do in
terms of your schedule, since nothing can be predicted on the TL side
right now.
