[tex-live] xdvipdfmx-0.7.8 has problems with the font ptmr7t

It should be
        fontmap: ptmr8r -> Times-Roman(8r)

where Times-Roman is not embedded by default because
it is one of base 14 fonts. There may be a problem in your
map file. The corresponding entry should be

ptmr8r    8r    Times-Roman
