Simple answer: Nothing fundamentally. Those following the normal updates
will probably not see much changes.

Recently some Japanese-specific TeX programs have been added to the build
system so they will show up in 2010, but you will not need them.

At some point before 2010, probably not during the normal running updates
(but that is not decided) we will switch to strawberry perl, but some
things have to resolved before we can do that.

I think that is it ... sorry to be so disappointing, but actually we are
quite happy that not more changes are coming in ;-)
