[tex-live] A note about the recent update of bidi

The place of bidi on CTAN has changed to
http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/bidi/

I would be grateful, when you update bidi, change its place from
/texmf-dist/tex/xelatex/bidi to /tex/latex/bidi

This is because bidi is not any more just specific to XeTeX.
