[tex-live] Please rename the texlive binary package to texlive-medium/minimal/whatever

Hm, texlive-latex sounds nice. However, wouldn't people expect to get
"everything" for LaTeX?  However, our "texlive" package only depends on 

collection-fontsrecommended
collection-latexrecommended
collection-latex(base) (don't know the exact texlive name)
