Everything has been fixed in various sources for several days, as Robin
replied already.  The texlive.tlpdb entries weren't updated because we
intentionally don't update packages just because their Catalogue entry
changes.  Our theory being that users would not care to download extra
packages / consume more bandwidth just to fix a typo in the description
(much less in the catalogue-date attribute).

However, since apparently this will be a problem for you forever, I've
just forced an update of those two packages in tonight's build.  Hope
that will settle it.

    generating texlive database

They never broke our scripts, anyway.
