[tex-live] Off Topic: texinfo.sty

Hi there,

This is not really tex-live business, but kind of related.

A fellow OpenBSD porter is having a problem with a build of sbcl. The
build is looking for a file called "texinfo.sty", which does not
appear to be a part of TeX Live. Does anyone know what this file is
for and where it comes from?
