This is MSYS program, so it's not a standalone binary, i.e. it
requires msys-10.dll to work. (I confirmed that with Dependency
Walker).

GNUwin32 tar worked for me (v1.13), as I wrote before, but it's not
dll-free either. I found another one from UnxUtils (v1.12). That one
is dll-free, but it can't handle long file names just as ours. So
things look pretty grim, atm.

Anything else to try?
