Thanks for the report and the patch, but what we really need is the
input file.  Can you please send that?

There is already a lot of code in epstopdf to deal with the CR vs. CRLF
vs. LF madness.  I suspect blindly deleting all \r's and \n's in
getline() will cause problems in other cases.
