[tex-live] Misplaced feyn files

The Metafont sources for the feyn fonts appear in texmf-dist/doc/fonts/feyn,
not in -- as I would expect -- texmf-dist/fonts/source/feyn.  Consequently,
a document such as

     \documentclass{minimal}
     \usepackage{feyn}
     \begin{document}
     $\Feyn{p}$
     \end{document}

fails to find the feyn fonts in dvips or pdflatex:

     kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode ljfour --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 feyntext10
     mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for feyntext10.
     kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log.
     dvips: Font feyntext10 not found,  using cmr10 instead.
