I usually write \TeX\ Live, allowing the line break, although I
certainly don't object to using a tie.  \TeX\,Live seems fine to me too
if you have a preference for that.

I don't like \TeX Live (-> "TeXLive") or other variations without a
space (e.g., \TeX-Live), but I'm not going to get upset at anybody no
matter how they spell it :).
