[tex-live] Trying to maintain updated TL installation on Cygwin

Now, when I rsync, there is this error:

$ rsync -avz --delete ftp.dante.de::CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 
./texlive

such file or directory (2)

This happens with all ftp(s) which are just synced, for example
ftp.dante.de (16/10/2008 21:45), ftp.tex.ac.uk, tug.ctan.org... BUT not
with previous sync of these ftp(s)!
