[tex-live] tlmgr bug? and texlive.infra problem

Did you end up with a (resolvable) latexmk symlink in your
bin/universal-darwin directly?

    update: texlive.infra (10932 -> 10960) ... !!!Error: non-existent  
    texmf/doc/man/man1/tlmgr.1
    !!!Error: non-existent texmf/doc/man/man1/tlmgr.pdf

I think this is a leftover bug from the original tlmgr, ie, it's trying
to save those doc files which didn't actually get installed (that was
the bug).  Do you actually have files like texmf/doc/man/man1/tlmgr.pdf
now?
