[tex-live] PS_View doesn't work

I'm using TeX-Live installed on Vista.
When I open a ps file with PS_View I get the following pop-up message:

    Directory 'c:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\.PS_View couldn't
    be created (error 5: access is denied.)

-------------------

If I click on OK the pop-up message is closed and the ps file is opened.
How can I do to stop that pop-up message?
